By using our website, purchasing products, or signing up for our Ambassador program, you (“Customer” or “Affiliate”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations.
1. General Terms for Customers

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon (e.g., net payment terms for certain customers). Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges. You are responsible for any such taxes or charges.
1.6 Shipping
We offer various shipping options at checkout. Shipping times and costs are estimated and may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider. Sambria Pharmaceuticals is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors.
1.7 Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
1.8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sambria Pharmaceuticals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use of our products or services.
2. Affiliate Program Terms
2.1 Enrollment
2.1.1 To enroll in the Sambria Pharmaceuticals Affiliate Program, the applicant must complete and submit the registration form at [Affiliate Registration URL].
2.1.2 Sambria Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2.1.3 The applicant must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the program.
2.2 Affiliate Responsibilities
2.2.1 Affiliates agree to promote Sambria Pharmaceuticals’ products through the use of unique affiliate links and coupon codes.
2.2.2 Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their marketing activities.
2.2.3 Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices.
2.2.4 Affiliates must not misrepresent Sambria Pharmaceuticals’ products or the terms of any promotion.
2.2.5 Affiliates agree to adhere to FDA guidelines for promoting our topical OTC pharmaceutical products, as outlined in the FDA’s Over-the-Counter Monograph M017: External Analgesic Drug Products for Over-the-Counter Human Use.
2.3 Commissions
2.3.1 Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on the net sale price (excluding shipping and taxes) for sales made using the Affiliate’s unique link or coupon code.
2.3.2 Commissions are paid monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold.
2.3.3 Sambria Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to adjust or withhold commissions for transactions deemed fraudulent or disputed.
2.4 Termination
2.4.1 Sambria Pharmaceuticals may terminate an Affiliate’s participation at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
2.4.2 Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately cease all promotional activities and remove any Sambria Pharmaceuticals materials.
2.4.3 Any outstanding commissions earned prior to termination will be paid in accordance with these Terms.
2.5 Relationship of Parties
The relationship between Affiliates and Sambria Pharmaceuticals is that of independent contractors. Affiliates have no authority to act on behalf of Sambria Pharmaceuticals.
2.6 Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Sambria Pharmaceuticals harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their participation in the affiliate program or breach of these Terms.
2.7 Modifications
Sambria Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice to Affiliates. Continued participation in the Program after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
3. Miscellaneous Provisions
3.1 Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Sambria Pharmaceuticals or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Morris County, New Jersey.
3.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sambria Pharmaceuticals regarding your use of our website, products, and participation in the affiliate program.
3.4 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
